Working within a challenging floorplan of an existing building offering limited space, OREZ showcased creativity in accommodating all Biogro’s requirements. The extension in Phase 2 promises to boost processing capacity, increase separation efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Notably, the integration of the Komptech Splitter, a first-of-its-kind used in this way for Organics processing, underscores our commitment to innovation and effectiveness in waste stream management, ensuring the safe and efficient separation of fractions / contamination.

Key highlights of the project include:

Increased processing capacity and separation efficiency: The extension of Phase 2 will significantly enhance processing capacity and improve the efficiency of waste stream separation.

Operational cost reduction: OREZ’s solution focuses on reducing operational costs, staff hours, maintenance, and consumables, whilst doubling the facilities throughput.
