Waste Transfer Station, WA

At the core of this project lies a dedication to efficiency, convenience, and sustainability. The Shire of Murray, in partnership with OREZ, has set out to not only streamline waste disposal processes but also to minimise environmental impact and reduce associated costs. The installation of a moving floor and waste compactor marks a significant improvement in efficiency for waste delivery and disposal for the region.

One of the standout features of this upgrade is the twenty-five (25) meter moving floor technology, which simplifies the way waste is handled. The heavy-duty aluminium plank profile is designed and manufactured fit for purpose and capable of withstanding the harsh operating conditions seen in transfer station applications. The moving floor is supported by a 4m³ stationary compactor, capable of moving up to 240m³ per hour.

The solution offers up to 60m³ of holding capacity during peak times, ensuring that the facility can accommodate the needs of the community without compromising on efficiency or effectiveness.
