How we can help you

Holistic Approaches for Complex Challenges

Providing comprehensive end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, we manage every stage of your project. With a deep understanding of our clients’ commercial objectives and with our in-house engineering team, we deliver adaptable, customised solutions that maximise value and build lasting partnerships.

Our advisory services are structured to assist clients in confidently managing the complexities of organic waste processing projects. We offer strategic guidance on feasibility assessments, regulatory compliance, and technology selection, ensuring that projects are viable and sustainable. By leveraging our extensive industry expertise, we expedite design timelines through comprehensive feasibility and concept design packages, thereby reducing the need for multiple industry consultants. This integrated approach streamlines the early stages of project development and provides a clear, actionable pathway to construction and implementation.

Our in-house engineering services transform project concepts into build-ready solutions tailored to the unique demands of each of our client’s needs. We deliver detailed designs encompassing process, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering, ensuring every aspect of your project is meticulously planned and aligned with industry standards. Our approach and expertise in delivery prioritise engineering solutions with a strong emphasis on constructibility.

Whether developing new facilities or upgrading existing operations, our engineering solutions lay the foundation for efficient, sustainable, and scalable organic waste management systems.

Our construction services deliver turnkey solutions for organic waste processing and bioenergy facilities, managing every aspect of the build with efficiency. We oversee all civil works, from foundations and structural elements to utilities and site infrastructure, whether for new facilities or upgrades to existing operations. Our team coordinates procurement, fabrication, and site installation to ensure every component is delivered and installed to exact specifications.

With a strong focus on minimizing disruption, we manage timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships to keep the project on track and compliant with industry standards. Safety and quality are at the core of our approach, ensuring that each phase of construction meets regulatory requirements and exceeds performance expectations. By providing comprehensive construction management, we deliver fully operational facilities designed to optimize resource recovery and support long-term sustainability.

Our commissioning services ensure that your organic waste processing and bioenergy facility operates at peak performance from day one. We oversee the entire commissioning process, from FATs, to ITPs, dry and wet commissioning followed by operator training and final system handover. Our team ensures that all components, from mechanical to electrical systems, are fully tested and optimised to meet operational specifications and regulatory standards.

We work closely with your team to identify and resolve any potential issues before the facility becomes operational, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to full-scale operation. By providing expert guidance and support throughout the commissioning phase we reduce risks and ensure that your facility is ready to deliver long-term, reliable performance whilst meeting all system functions as per design.

Our ongoing support services are designed to ensure the long-term success and operational efficiency of your organic waste processing and bioenergy facility. We offer comprehensive post-commissioning support, providing continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance support to keep your systems running smoothly. Our team works closely with clients to optimise process efficiencies, utilising advanced data analysis and real-time performance tracking to identify opportunities for improvement.

By leveraging SCADA technology, we provide proactive remote monitoring support, allowing us to identify and address issues before they affect plant operations. This not only minimises downtime but also enhances the facility’s overall performance, helping to maximise resource recovery and reduce operational costs. Our commitment to long-term partnerships ensures that your facility continues to operate at peak efficiency, and we remain dedicated to delivering value through continuous process optimization and expert guidance.

The installation of the moving floor and compactor at our Corio Road Transfer Station has provided a most positive community outcome. It has been a great experience working with OREZ to bring the project to fruition, the team were always open to learnings, responsive and happy to collaborate to achieve a beneficial outcome for the Shire of Murray.

Shire of Murray

We engaged OREZ through an ECI contract to provide us with a comprehensive preliminary design package for our new In-Vessel Composting facility. We required them to integrate four tunnels plus all supporting auxiliaries into an existing structure. Their expertise ensured a design capable of processing a diverse range of waste streams, including FOGO, Green Organics, and liquid/sludges. We appreciated OREZ’s expertise and professionalism and look forward to progressing our project into the construction phase shortly.
