Soilco engages OREZ to deliver a new Komptech Cribus 3800 drum screen, including design coordination and HAZOP facilitation services.

OREZ was engaged by Soilco to deliver a new compost screening solution at its Tweed Heads organics facility, incorporating a Komptech Cribus 3800 drum screen as part of an integrated screening line upgrade.

Beyond equipment supply, OREZ acted as the design coordinator for the overall screening line, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream processes, utilities, and site constraints. Our in-house project team led layout development, interface management, and constructability considerations to support safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

As part of the delivery, OREZ also facilitated a structured HAZOP, working collaboratively with Soilco and key stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational, maintenance, and safety risks prior to commissioning.
