OREZ was engaged through a Design and Construct (D&C) contract to deliver a new composted MSW / Dry clay treatment process line at a landfill site.

Orez has designed and delivered a new screening process line in South Australia for Integrated Waste Systems (IWS).

The plant is designed to run at 60 tonnes per hour and screen at 15mm.

Key inclusions:

• Generously sized heavy duty feed hoppers from Senro.
• A 12m long Komptech 25/120 trommel screen.
• Ferrous magnets.
• Large canter lever stockpile conveyors for maximized product storage.
• Second feed hopper to allow addition of clay to the CLO fine stream.
